We accept returns of unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@toolgrid.vn with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
